I just finished facilitating a leadership for American Bank, a Montana-owned and operated community bank with locations in six Montana towns. I've been working with American Bank Montana since 2018, and this is the third leadership retreat I've led for this caring, smart, committed team.
By now, they know when I show up, it’s time to dig in, think fast and get creative. And they always have a good time while they’re at it.
This year, I wove together exercises inspired by Liberating Structures and AJ&Smart to help the team align on challenges and opportunities, gather constructive feedback, and co-create new, mission-aligned ideas.
What an honor to help Tyler Erickson, the bank's VP of business development and marketing bring his best big ideas to life. And believe me, there are a lot of big ideas.
