1:1 executive coaching
This intensive 1:1 executive coaching program is designed to help you become the leader you want to be. Together, we create that rare, invaluable thing: space for you to grow.

Choose if: You're ready to make a transformational investment in yourself.
Explore, develop and articulate your long-term vision.
Create a strategy and action plan with goals and metrics for success to help you meet your challenges and align your values and actions — even through uncertainty.  
Work through tough decisions, determine how to approach sticky problems, and stay accountable to your goals and dreams.
Learn, explore and implement new models for thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration and decision-making.
Find new insights, adjust your mindset, stay accountable, and commit to next steps on your journey.
Format: This typically looks like 1-2 coaching sessions/month, plus an annual strategy workshop. Can flex to your schedule and needs.

COLLABORATE

team coaching & training
A combo of 1:1 leadership coaching, team coaching, and communication training, this engagement strengthens your team's communication and collaboration skills,  allowing you to work together better.

Choose if: You want an effective, low-drama team that's on fire for your mission.  
Start with 1:1 executive coaching to focus in on your vision, strategy, mindset and skillset. Includes everything from LEAD.
Learn and grow alongside your team in in-depth trainings on communication and feedback to improve your collaboration and teamwork.
With my guidance, you'll use your new skills to design your strategy and plan, starting with the lead dominoes — things like internal communication channels, market positioning, or key partnerships.
We'll work together to integrate your learnings, ideas and strategy, using the tools and frameworks you've learned to adjust as needed.  
Format: Between you and your team, expect 2-4 sessions/month. We work carefully to create a program that sets us up for success.

$4k–$7k/month*

BUILD  

facilitation & team building
This is a tailored, often multi-year partnership for leaders navigating complex collaboration challenges or opportunities that may benefit from group facilitation.

Choose if: You're building a collective impact or multi-stakeholder coalition, or helping disparate groups act together.
We'll start with both 1:1 coaching for you, alongside scoping and mapping the landscape. We'll draft your goals and objectives, and create a rough strategy and plan for getting to your desired outcome.
We'll interview partners, collaborators and constituents, updating your strategy, mindset and plan as we learn.
We'll co-design a series of facilitated workshops that build on each other. They may include the same or different groups, depending on context.
Together, we'll develop messaging or a report, intentionally framing strategic pillars (purpose, mission, values, etc.), key narratives, potential solutions and other relevant communications.
Format: These customized partnerships often ebb and flow in terms of intensity and workload, according to the nature of the project.
