Clean in Montana is a wrap, and I’m aglow with gratitude for how this group showed up for themselves, each other and those around them.
The depth of intelligence, strength, care and beauty — like “points of light,” as our guide and trainer, Caitlin Walker, described them — will stay with me.
Like watching moonrise cast shadow over a mountain basin, this experience of practicing Clean Language in person brought into sharp relief my own learning edges. And like the moon’s slow arc across the night sky, my learning will continue to emerge over time.
Wherever you are in this constellation — whether you came to the training, to a webinar, or followed along here — thank you for your trust.
I wouldn’t have had the audacity to do this without the swimming-beside-me partnership of my co-organizer Erin Randall, Caitlin’s committed belief in us, or my conviction that I needed to share her teaching with my community.
More to come.
p.s. Yes, that is a lamb. Lorca Smetana didn’t have a sitter for orphan Finn on day 3, so he joined the workshop.
